Please be sure to read the Redease Refund Policy properly since the policy constitutes the terms and conditions under which refunds are regulated by Redease company.

When making a payment through the Redease site, you confirm your consent that this policy applies to your purchase. Thus please be sure that you read it before making a purchase.

The Cases when Redease Company Provides a Refund:

* If the Redease company cannot meet our obligations, we will make a full refund.

* If you have paid for our services by mistake/repeat or have paid more than required – the company will make a full refund.

The Money Refund Procedure:

* You can request a refund through the Redease customer support service. The refund procedure can be applied during the period the customer has purchased access to the Redes content.

* Keep all payment receipts to provide them to the customer support service, and be sure to specify the reason for requesting a refund.

* Your request will be considered promptly. After reviewing your request, we’ll let you know the result and timing of the refund.

* The money refund will be issued via the same method used to make the purchase. The refund period depends on how you paid for the services initially.

* The refund may be charged a service fee or bank/payment system fee for the refund, which is deducted from the amount to be refunded. Redease company is not responsible for bank charges, fees, or overdrafts. The only way to eliminate such fees is to negotiate them with your bank directly.

* You can check the status of your refund by contacting Redease customer support service.

Redease considers each case individually and always strives to make a decision in the customer’s favor considering all the circumstances. Besides, Redease company reserves the right to reject a refund if we consider the reason for requesting a refund not valid.
