With skillful choice and practice, sports brings only positive results for a person. Physical activity that brings pleasure helps to get out of depressing states and improve health and well-being, and for some it may even become the main area of activity in which a person will succeed more than others.

Therefore, it is important to introduce children to sports from an early age. Playing sports from childhood is good for acquiring social skills, new friends and interests in addition to studying and spending time on devices. Parents often have to change places and sports until they see that the child succeeds and likes this or that kind of sport – and this is quite normal. The main thing is not to force them to play sports that they do not like, as this can lead to increased trauma, both physical and psychological.

It is interesting that people, as they grow up and their character is formed, tend to change. Therefore, in many cases, the golden rule applies – if you don’t try, you won’t know. It should be taken into account the fact that most people who started playing sports at a very young age will not continue their sports career. There is a category of people who are not interested in organized sports at all – a little physical activity like running or aerobics will be enough for them to feel great.

Team sports are considered less stressful – you feel supported by your peers and more recognized for your skills. While individual athletes often have to go through difficulties on their own in their sport. They have an individual burden of responsibility that can lead to intense guilt after losing. However, if a person is resilient to setbacks and adapts quickly, their talent in solo sports is definitely worth developing. In addition, solo sports help a person to progress by their own tempo, without adjusting to others. Thus, he or she learns to independently set goals, achieve them, and move on.
