Cancellation policy

This Policy is to establish the cancellation procedure, wherein the customer signals about no longer being interested in a service, and Readease may agree to terminate the corresponding order. In most cases, canceling an order is an automatic procedure that does not require human supervision. However, you are still strongly advised to read through this Policy to avoid further misunderstandings. By following this Policy, the user can count on their order to be canceled in due time and without penalties of any sort.

Service Types and Cancellation Eligibility

Readease users are offered 5 types of purchases similar in essence, but different in duration and price. The user pays either for a single article or for a subscription to a certain author for a limited time, thus gaining access to all the articles of such author available at Readease. Depending on the subscription duration, the following cancellation terms are applied:

• Single article purchase. The order is processed immediately, providing the user with the access to a particular article. Single purchase is thus not subject to cancellation, since the order has no duration. You may, however, request a refund if you found the quality of the materials dissatisfying.

• 3-day author subscription. Can be canceled within 1 hour thus resulting in a 100% refund, or 24 hours with a 50% refund;

• 1-week author subscription. Can be canceled within 24 hours for a 100% refund, or 48 hours with a 50% refund;

• 2-weeks author subscription. Can be canceled within 48 hours for a 100% refund, or 72 hours with a 50% refund;

• 1-month author subscription. Can be canceled within 72 hours for a 100% refund, or 7 days with a 50% refund;

The users who purchased a service and then requested a cancellation are offered to justify their decision in a separate form on the cancellation page. However, filling in this field is optional.
