I’ve narrowed down millions of workout videos on YouTube to bring you only the best ones. From Pilates-style workouts to high-intensity interval workouts, you will find precisely what works for you in this selection. Well, it’s time to start moving and get into a workout rhythm!

Tone It Up, the exercise program developed by Karena Dawn and Katrina Scott, is known for their cheerful personalities. Tiffany is simply a fitness sensation on YouTube. Why? Check out her workout sessions and find out! Her personality is infectious, and her moves will make you feel burning, whether you’re looking for cardio, toning, or stretching. And recently, she’s been streaming excellent live classes for her followers!

POPSUGAR Fitness

The YouTube channel POPSUGAR Fitness offers its subscribers various fitness routines, from hip-hop dance classes to high-intensity interval workouts. At POPSUGAR Fitness, you can also find training with special guests – celebrity trainers such as Kayla Itsines, Megan Roop, and others. Some of my favorite workouts there are POPSUGAR’s Tabata workouts and unequipped cardio sessions.

Jazzercise

Jazzercise is a genuinely legendary group of fitness classes, as the company has come a long way since the 1980s. Currently, they offer a multitude of workouts, from kickboxing to pilates and dance cardio. Luckily for you, their home training sessions are free on YouTube and can become your perfect way to stay active at home.

Yoga with Adriene

Adrienne is an experienced international yoga instructor. Her YouTube channel provides a tremendous variety of yoga classes, ranging from vinyasa flow to meditation practice. With over 10 million subscribers on YouTube, Adrienne continues to post exclusive yoga content for her loyal subscribers.

Yoga with Kassandra

With yoga instructor Kassandra, you can improve your flexibility. She shares various yoga classes on her YouTube channel, but I especially like her stretching exercises. With Kassandra, you’ll find everything you need – from morning stretches to flexibility yoga. Her classes are short, easy to do, and effective!

On the 305 Fitness YouTube channel, you’ll find some of the best dance classes, especially if you’re looking for high-energy dance routines and cardio workouts. Although you’ll need a subscription to access 305 at Home’s entire online library, you can check out their popular YouTube channel, which often features live dance workouts.

Enjoy working out to the rhythms of music? Then visit a YouTube channel called Mad Fit. There Maddie does choreograph workouts accompanied by popular songs. I also love her effective workouts that don’t require jumping, which is excellent for those who live in condos.

Chloe Ting

Chloe Ting has over 22 million YouTube subscribers and is renowned for her time-saving exercises and unusual shaping exercise movements. On top of that, she frequently posts new fitness challenges. One of my favorites is her 2-week shred challenge, which strives to strengthen and tone the whole body.

Ab Workouts

Pamela Reif

“Quick and effective” is Pamela Reif’s philosophy, and her YouTube channel has some fantastic ab and booty workouts to help you shape and tone. She starts working out immediately away and doesn’t waste any time procrastinating. In addition, she occasionally hosts famous people on her channel, such as Jason Derulo, for her ab sessions.

Holly Dolke

Holly Dolke is recognized for her sculpted physique and pumped abs. Her workouts usually last no more than 10-15 minutes and include everything from toning exercises to high-intensity interval training. I love her indoor walking workouts, which help me to stay active from the comfort of my home.
